Step 01
Join the Interest List
Add your name, email, city, and county so we can contact you when the first Hunt opens.

A statewide team challenge built around Florida places, local stops, creative tasks, hidden gems, and community moments. Some challenges get you outside, some can be done from home, and all of them are made to get people exploring Florida together.
Dates and registration are not open yet. Join the interest list to hear when Hunt details are ready.
Hunt Briefing
The first YGLF Hunt is still being built, but here is what we know so far.
Planning note: Hunt details may adjust as interest grows. Final team size, cost, timeline, tasks, prizes, and format will be confirmed before official registration opens.
The YGLF Hunt is built around creative, local, helpful, weird, and very Florida challenges. Teams choose what to tackle, split up the work, submit proof, and earn points before time runs out.
Task strategy
Choose from a task list with different point values. Some are quick wins. Some are weird. Some need a full team effort.
Teamwork
Bring a team of 8 to 10, or join the interest list solo and we will share team options when registration opens.
Submissions
Submit photos, videos, screenshots, written answers, or other digital proof based on the task.
Points
Approved submissions earn points. Leaderboard, prize, and winner details will be shared with the official Hunt rules.
Good to know: Official task categories, point values, submission rules, and prize details will be shared when registration opens.
The Hunt Path

Step 02
When the details are ready, we will share dates, pricing, rules, waivers, team information, and what is included.
Step 03
Teams are expected to be 8 to 10 people. Bring your own crew or look for team options when registration opens.
Step 04
Registered teams will receive the official task list, point values, categories, deadlines, and submission rules.
Step 05
Your team chooses what to tackle, completes tasks safely, and submits proof online through YGLF.
Step 06
Approved submissions earn points. Winners, prizes, and final results will be handled according to the official Hunt rules.
Good to know: Final dates, team rules, pricing, task categories, and submission details will be confirmed before official registration opens.
The full task list is still being built, but the Hunt will include a mix of Florida challenges your team can complete across the state, in your community, or from home.
Find public places, local landmarks, parks, beaches, trails, murals, and Florida corners your team has not paid enough attention to yet.
Built for teams that want to get out and look closer.
The Challenge Mix
Make something, film something, design something, perform something, or complete a Florida themed prompt that makes people say, "Wait, what?"
Complete challenges tied to Florida businesses, makers, restaurants, services, and community favorites.
Complete nature, wildlife awareness, outdoor care, or habitat friendly tasks while respecting the places and species around you.
Take on tasks that are kind, useful, educational, or community focused.
Knock out digital, creative, research based, or team coordination tasks without leaving home.
Complete tasks younger participants can help with under adult supervision.
Good to know: Final task categories, point values, safety rules, and submission details will be shared before official registration opens.
The first YGLF Hunt is being planned as a statewide challenge with a mix of local tasks, creative prompts, digital submissions, and from home options. We are building the first version carefully so it can work well, stay manageable, and grow the right way.
01
The goal is to make the Hunt open to participants across Florida without making every task depend on one city, one county, or one type of location.
02
Teams are expected to be 8 to 10 people, with tasks built around strategy, shared submissions, and choosing what makes sense for your group.
03
Dates, pricing, point values, task categories, waivers, submission rules, and prize details will be confirmed before official registration opens.
Reality check: The Hunt is meant to be flexible. Teams will not be expected to complete every task, and final details may shift as we learn how many people are interested.
The Hunt is built for creativity, teamwork, and memories, but every task has to be completed safely, honestly, and respectfully. Official rules, waivers, and the full code of conduct will be shared before registration opens.
Planning status: Code of conduct will be finalized before registration.
Code Basics
No trespassing, vandalism, littering, disruption, unsafe behavior, or harm to people, wildlife, or property.
Business based tasks will only involve places that have given permission or signed up to participate.
Not every task will fit every person, pet, location, or ability level. Teams should choose what makes sense for them.
Proof must be real, respectful, and submitted according to the official Hunt rules.
Good to know: Final rules, waivers, safety guidelines, and participation requirements will be shared before official registration opens.
