You Gotta Love Florida is a Florida lifestyle brand focused on celebrating the beauty of Florida and everything that makes the state special, from its beaches and wildlife to its natural spaces and local communities.

Not at this time. You Gotta Love Florida is currently a for profit Florida LLC. Our long term goal is to grow the brand enough to expand into a conservation foundation, but we need to build the business first to make that possible.

QAre you starting a foundation in the future?
Yes. Our goal is to start a conservation foundation as soon as financially possible. The foundation would allow us to support Florida focused conservation efforts in a more structured way.

YGLF supports the protection, appreciation, and celebration of Florida's nature, wildlife, ecosystems, beaches, waterways, and outdoor spaces.

You Gotta Love Florida is based in Delray Beach, Florida.
QIs YGLF only focused on South Florida?
Right now, our focus is South Florida. As the brand grows, our goal is to expand into a statewide conservation effort that supports Florida as a whole.
QHow does shopping with YGLF help the brand grow?
Purchases help YGLF build the business, grow the brand, and work toward future conservation goals. Product sales help us begin saving for things like foundation setup, registration costs, event supplies, cleanup materials, and the tools needed to host future conservation focused events.
A portion of YGLF sales helps grow the brand, build operations, and work toward our long term foundation goals. Purchases are not tax deductible charitable donations.

QWhat products do you sell?
YGLF sells Florida inspired lifestyle products including:

- Stickers
- Hats
- Umbrellas
- Towels
- Drinkware
- Prints
QAre your products ready to ship?
Many products are ready to ship, including shirts, stickers, hats, standard umbrellas, towels, and drinkware.
QAre any products made to order?
Yes. Beach umbrellas and prints are made to order. Product listings will include any special processing or shipping details when applicable.
QDo you offer limited drops?
Yes. YGLF may offer limited drops from time to time. Limited drop items may have limited quantities and may not be restocked unless stated otherwise.
QDo you allow preorders?
Occasionally, yes. If an item is available for preorder, that will be clearly stated on the product listing.
QWill product colors look exactly like the photos?
Product colors may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screen settings, materials, printing, and production differences.
QDo you restock sold out items?
Some sold out items may be restocked. Limited drops, discontinued items, and certain special release products may not be restocked unless stated otherwise.
QCan I change my order after placing it?
Order changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed.
QCan I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped.

QHow long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipping. Made to order items, preorder items, limited drops, and special release products may have different timelines listed on the product page.
QWhat shipping carrier do you use?
We currently ship orders through USPS.
QWhere do you ship?
At launch, we ship within the United States only.
QDo you ship internationally?
No. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
QDo you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes. We ship to P.O. boxes.
QDo you ship to military addresses?
Yes. We ship to military addresses.
QDo you offer local pickup?
No. We do not offer local pickup at this time.
QHow much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout.
QWill I receive tracking information?
Yes. When your order ships, you should receive tracking information by email.
QWhat happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delay, lost package, returned package, or delivery issue, YGLF is not responsible for that issue.

QWhat should I do if my package says delivered but I can't find it?
Once USPS has the package, USPS controls delivery. Start here:
- Check your mailbox, porch, or designated package area
- Ask your front desk or mailroom if you live in a building
- Ask neighbors if a package was misdelivered
- Contact your local USPS office
- If the package still cannot be found, USPS may require a missing mail request or claim
QWhat happens if USPS delays my package?
Once USPS has the package, USPS controls delivery. USPS delays may happen because of weather, holidays, carrier volume, local postal issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of YGLF's control.
Returns, Exchanges, and Order Support

QWhat is your return window?
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
QWhat condition does an item need to be in for a return?
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
QHow do I start a return or exchange?
Use the Order Support Form on the Returns and Exchanges page. Include your order number, item name, request type, and details about your request.
QWho pays for return shipping?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless YGLF approves otherwise in writing.
QDo you offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit?
Yes. Depending on the situation and item, YGLF may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
QHow long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued within 1 to 2 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
QWhat items are final sale?
Final sale items include limited run items, discontinued items, stickers, prints, sale or clearance items marked final sale, and any product listing that states "final sale."
QCan I return stickers or prints?
Stickers and prints are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
QWhat should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Submit an Order Support Form within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
QDo I need photos for a damaged or incorrect item?
Yes. Photos are required for damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims.
QWhat is the Order Support Form for?
The Order Support Form is used for returns, exchanges, damaged items, defective items, wrong items received, missing packages, cancellation requests, shipping questions, and general order questions.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

QWhy was my order canceled?
Orders may be refused or canceled for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other business reasons.

SMS is not active at launch. We may offer SMS updates or marketing texts in the future with proper consent.

Yes. Customers may be able to leave reviews on YGLF products.

Yes. Photos submitted through reviews may be used by YGLF on the website, social media, email, ads, and marketing.

If your photo was not submitted directly through a YGLF review, form, or message, we will make a reasonable effort to request permission before reposting or using it.
QCan YGLF remove reviews?
Yes. YGLF may remove reviews that are abusive, false, spammy, obscene, discriminatory, unrelated, misleading, or infringing.

QCan I donate to You Gotta Love Florida?
YGLF is not currently accepting donations as a nonprofit foundation. You Gotta Love Florida LLC is a for profit business.
YGLF may support specific causes or campaigns in the future. If we do, the details will be clearly disclosed.
QIs my purchase tax deductible?
No. Purchases from YGLF are not tax deductible charitable donations.
QDoes YGLF donate to conservation causes?
YGLF may support causes, campaigns, nonprofit organizations, conservation efforts, or community initiatives from time to time. When a product, campaign, or promotion supports a specific cause, we will aim to clearly disclose the cause and how the support works.
QWhat does it mean when a product supports a cause?
If a product supports a specific cause, the product page or campaign page should explain what cause is being supported and what type of support is being provided.
QWhat does "growing toward a foundation" mean?
It means YGLF's long term goal is to grow from a lifestyle brand into a larger conservation effort that can eventually support or create a nonprofit foundation. Building the brand first helps us work toward future foundation setup, supplies, events, cleanups, and conservation focused programs.
