From checkout to delivery, here's what happens after you place an order.

Order Basics

Processing TimeTypical prep window before your package goes to USPS.

Most orders are packed and handed to USPS within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

“Processing” is our packing time—not USPS transit. Transit timing starts after USPS accepts the package.

Shipping time begins after USPS receives the package, not when you place the order.

Shipping CarrierUSPS handles packages after we hand them off.

Orders ship via USPS.

Once we transfer your package to USPS, tracking and delivery are under USPS control.

International shipping is not available.

Shipping CostsCalculated at checkout based on weight, address, and USPS rates.

Rates appear at checkout and reflect package size, weight, delivery address, method, and USPS pricing.

Free shipping isn't standard unless clearly shown at checkout or in an active promotion.

Tracking InformationWhere to find tracking and how soon scans may appear.

When your order ships, check your email for tracking details.

After the first USPS scan, allow a little time for the tracking page to update.

Delivery Issues

Wrong Shipping AddressWhy accuracy matters and what happens if a package returns.

You're responsible for a correct, complete address at checkout.

  • We aren't liable for delays, losses, or failed delivery from wrong or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package returns because of address errors, you may pay reshipping to send it again.
Missing PackagesIf tracking says delivered but you don't have the box yet.

After USPS has the package, delivery is on USPS. We insure with USPS when applicable.

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it:

  • Ask household members, neighbors, staff, mailrooms, and your local post office.

We aren't responsible for missing parcels after USPS has them. If USPS won't honor a claim, we can't replace or refund solely on that basis.

Delayed PackagesWeather, volume, and carrier delays outside our control.

USPS timelines aren't guaranteed—delays happen.

  • Weather, holidays, high volume, bad addresses, or local postal issues can slow delivery.

We aren't responsible for USPS delays after they've accepted your package.

Damaged PackagesContact us within 7 days with photos if something arrives damaged.

Email us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Short description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging

Photos are required—we can't process damage claims without them.

Special Orders

Made to Order and Preorder ItemsUmbrellas and other items may ship later—check each product page.

Some products (including umbrellas) are made to order.

Preorder items may show special timing on the product page.

Mixed carts may ship together when everything is ready unless we say otherwise.

Order Cancellations24-hour window before shipment—email us with your order number.
  • You may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once it has shipped, cancellation isn't possible.

Delivery Help

Package marked delivered but missing?

Start by checking:

  • mailbox
  • porch or package area
  • front desk or mailroom
  • neighbors
  • local USPS office

If the package still cannot be found, USPS may require a missing mail request or claim.

Once a package is handed to USPS, it is under USPS handling and delivery control.
